Nestor Lasso is one of our favorite producers. All of his coffees are very intense interpretations of both the processing method chosen, & the varietal.
This iteration of sidra is so much fun! HUGE on the funk. HUGE on the body. HUGE on flavor! It's basically a coffee Daiquiri, lol. Doesn't that sound nice right about now?
For reference, this coffee is so huge that we'd recommend going to higher brew ratios than normal. 1:17 & + for drip/coldbrew & 1.2.75-3 for spro!
What is Sidra?
Sidra (also known as Sydra or Bourbon Sidra) is a new hybrid varietal, made of [Red Bourbon](/coffee/varietals/bourbon) and [Typica](/coffee/varietals/typica) and combines characteristics of these two varieties. It has acquired the sweetness and the body of Red Bourbon and the bright taste and acidity of Typica.
