Shipping and Delivery
Where do you ship? What territory is served? Where do you offer delivery?
Delivery is free on the island of Montreal, and 450. For orders over $ 50, delivery is free throughout Canada. For the rest of Canada, a $ 10 fee applies for orders under $ 50.
When will I receive my order? What are the delivery times?
We ship your orders from Monday to Friday within 48 hours after the next roasting day. We roast every Tuesday, so your order will be shipped within 48 hours of the next Tuesday following your order.
How will my order be shipped?
Each package is delivered to your door in a 100% compostable bag. Your coffee is therefore sheltered from the weather, and will wait quietly for your return.
What will happen to my order if I'm not at home? If I am absent at the time of delivery, where will I pick up my package?
In the event that the package does not enter your mailbox, our delivery will leave the package in a safe place until your return. If you have doubts, or if your mailbox is not accessible from the outside, do not hesitate to have your coffee delivered to your place of work!
If you are located outside the Free Shipping Territory and your order is delivered via Canada Post, your package will be available at the post office nearest you.
Can my shipping address be different from my billing address?
Absolutely! We deliver your coffee wherever you want it, as soon as possible. :)
What should I do if the product received is damaged?
We take great care of our products until they surrender to you. If the product is damaged, take a picture of the product and send it to us at email@example.com. We will find a solution.
What happens if a product I ordered is out of stock?
We are doing everything we can to keep our inventories up-to-date and that does not happen, but there may be an error in our inventory system. If necessary, we will contact you to offer you a similar product or to make a refund of the unavailable item. For more questions, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
To modify or cancel your order, please contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to satisfy your request.
