Lenin Flores is a third-generation coffee producer from the Cajamarca region of northern Peru and a member of the Flores family behind El Morito. In addition to managing his own farm, Lenin oversees quality control across the El Morito producer network, helping maintain consistency across coffees produced by more than 50 farming families.

His farm sits at over 2,000 metres above sea level, making it one of the highest in the group. There, he focuses on producing exceptional specialty coffee through careful variety selection, selective harvesting, and meticulous washed processing.

Beyond his own production, Lenin is recognized for introducing new coffee varieties to the region and sharing knowledge with neighbouring producers, helping raise both quality and opportunity throughout the community. His work reflects El Morito's collaborative philosophy: invest in quality, share what works, and strengthen the future of specialty coffee in Cajamarca.
