Cesario “Geo” “Geovanny” Fernandez is basically the MacGyver of Honduras—and we’re not even joking. Geo’s brother grows coffee for Blue Bottle way up in the mountains. When we visited last year and cupped his coffee, we knew we had to go check out the farm in person. It did not disappoint: breathtaking views, and a landscape filled with extras like cardamom and plantains. Oh—and it’s right across from La Colmena, one of the best plots in all of Santa Barbara.

This coffee? It’s wild. Funky, big, juicy—at origin, it reminded us of a Rocket popsicle. Definitely a party-mode coffee. So, as always: Party on, Wayne!
