This blend is made up of a wonderful coffee from Santa Barbara, Honduras and Jairo Arcila's Honey processed peach co-ferment. It's a ridiculously juicy, THICCC cup that hits in all the right spots. Don't be too scared of co-ferments in this context. On their own they can be overwhelming, but in a blend like this, we think you're up to it. Do you accept the challenge?
