If you know me at all, I'm not a HUGE gearhead...but this machine is maybe the coolest thing I have seen from coffee in all my years in the industry. This thing gives people at home so much control & allows even the most novice of coffee enthusiasts to get the most out of their nice coffees that, these days, cost more than ever. All of this you can do form your phone...so you can literally plan the night before & just press a button on your phone when you wake up in bed & listen to your Xbloom make you coffee without leaving the sheets. Unless, like me, you forgot to refill the water last night so you have to get up anyway.

Look, It's a LOT of money, but think about this because I did the math, coffee ONCE - three days a week - for a year...pays for this machine. I don't know about you, but I have coffee everyday & that means I can buy 2 of these for the fun of it but one will essentially sit around being completely useless...anyway, don't do that but definitely try to get one of these.
